Superb natural sound, musical AND detailed, Dual Mono construction, billet-hewn, dual ESS 9018 Sabre DACs ( one per stereo channel ), separate digital and analogue output internal power supplies, resolution flows like nature. Very close sound to multi-$$$$ DACs, does wonders with all inputs ( two AES/EBU, two coax, one BNC, two optical, one USB ), and has RCA and XLR analogue outputs. Digital 32-bit Preamp stage. Native NOS DAC, handles up to 24bit/192kHz all inputs, Freq Response 20Hz-32kHz @ -0.5dB.
I have found this unit "BFYB" when directly compared to Gryphon Kalliope for much less coin. Originally $7000, 3.5 years old , original owner.
