I purchased this thinking that I would run bi-wire on the amp output to single-wire on the speaker input; however, I have since discovered that the cable is directional and should be used with speakers that are bi-wireable. Not sure I believe in directionality for speaker cables, but it bothers me! Also, one cable was returned to the manufacturer due to a slight imperfection. They sent out a new cable which has a slightly different print on it, other than that both cables are identical.
