Looking for a bit of expert advice in regards to setting up a dedicated HT room. Our new house HT room is 5x5 with a 2.6m ceiling with a vault up to 2.8m.I currently have Vaf DCX gen 4 fronts and centre along with platform sub.
In our previous house i ran Krix Atmospheric in ceiling for rears in a 7.2 setup. I am thinking of returning to Krix as the speakers performed well but as our house is modern i am also considering an in wall installation for the fronts and centre while retaining the platform sub. I would then move to possibly a 9.2 option? Krix make a in wall option either the symmetrix or if the budget allows Epix! As a bit of a novice any advice would be greatly appreciated even if someone has done similar with Krix or other brands similarly priced i would be keen to hear there opinion. I will keep my current amp which is a Pioneer LX88 an OPPO DVD player which i am both happy with. I know some will say stick with the VAF,s but i really want the concealed look for the HT room.
