Brand new. I bought these thinking I would use them in a dipole speaker but while there is a foam pad on the back that can be removed, the faceplate cannot be removed, it is glued on so you are "stuck" with it. So I'm currently working with Aurum Cantus AST2560 instead.
These were mysteriously discontinued recently, but here is the page with specs etc:
