Note, this Transporter was previously sold. However, on testing, the new owner found the scroll wheel in the middle only worked for scrolling, and not selecting, hence returned it. I have checked and confirmed the issue, and dropped my price accordingly. I never used the scroll wheel, only an app on iPad or phone to control the Transporter, so didn't notice the issue. I would suspect most people would not find any problem with this as they would use the app or remote control, however full disclosure.

I have owned this since brand new, purchased in June 2010. It has performed flawlessly since then (subject to the above), operating in my office system, then being my main streamer and dac during our renovation process, now back into the office system. The only reason I am selling is that I have consolidated down to a half size dac/pre/hpa, so don't need the dac functionality. I considered keeping it just as a streamer, but with a couple of spare SBTs in the house, and my new dac having a very good USB implementation, I decided to keep it all small, and go with the SBT.

I suspect I will regret this sale one day. It is rock solid as a streamer, has an excellent dac, much better than others of its age. You won't find a better dac/streamer combo for the asking price, particularly now. It's only downside is it can only go to 24/96 resolution. I have kept it in excellent condition, and even have the original inside box, although not the outer one.
