This isn't mine. I just put this as a notification for anyone who is interested in buying. I'm gonna buy 2 from this guy. The actual product is on E-Bay.
However, I asked the obvious question from the seller (How used are these drives ?) and below is the explanation I got.
"these drives are the best we have ever used in our lab and we liked them so much we bought every one in the World in 2007. Im not kidding. We called plextor and purchased every single one they produced and had in their supply chain. They are rock solid drives and you should be able to produce thousands more discs off of each one.
All of these drives were pulled working from our large scale duplication department. When we shut down we had over 200 of these drives in large scale duplicators with another few hundred in reserve. Each drive is tested to make sure there is no E32 or C2 errors. Thats the best I can say about them.
I would say each drive burned hundreds to a thousand discs. There is still a lot of life left in these drives. "
