Item Condition: Perfect - used for less than 12 months, includes Manual and Remote
Reason for selling: This was the first in a series of DAC trials and it's now been sitting here for far too long!

Extra Info: I sometimes just have to laugh at myself - and probably some of the others who spend our lives in search of the optimal sound! I moved to the DirectStream DAC from this, then the Bel Canto, on to the Berkeley Alpha Ref and have ended up with Lampizator Golden Gate - and gone to heaven in the process! Still, last week I hooked this DAC up to my Music Server over Cat5 cable, through the router that drives everything here, through an old amp and a 35 year old set of speakers. The sound, quite frankly, was amazing! I had my son in raptures.. So before your dismiss this - very capable - DAC as superseded and not worth thinking about, look at the price and if you are looking for a really great DAC that will allow you to serve digital music from anywhere in your home into your amp or pre-amp, give it some thought. It is really in as-new condition and unless you've already spent $5K plus on a DAC, it weill probably make a significant difference in your system..
