Replicate Linkwitz Transform via Parametric EQ

I’ve got a pair of (sealed) bass units that I’m pushing a bit lower via a Linktwitz Transform. This set-up is done in the digital domain via JRiver Media Centre’s parametric EQ function which just requires the actual and target Q & F for the bass units. All this is great but requires the computer as a sole source so I’m considering adding a digital x/o (e.g., DEQ2496, XD4080). These units seem to support general parametric EQ function (e.g., shelf filters, L-R filters, gain) but not Linkwitz Transform. How does one replicate a specific LT (Fz, Qz, Fp, Qp) with general parametric EQ?
