I have bought kit from Charles and Pat Ward at Duratone since I was a pimply faced teenager. I am now a pensioner.
Over the years, Duratone let me take equipment home and try it with my set up. It helps.......
I didn't give a shiite if I trialled and bought a piece of kit that might have had a minor blemish from someone's previous home trial.
