Just sold my Rega P1 and the buyer said he has an old turntable that is not working properly and a phono preamp that is too big for him to use.
The preamp is a pioneer SC1500 II (need to research on it)
However the turntable is relative unknown.
A Scientelec SP20... and i could not find much on google on it. Anyone know more about this and is it a rebadge?
Turns out the spindle is partially unscrewed. Belt is stretched and the arm was out of place.. looked like platter came off when he moved from interstate and knock everything off.... easy fix and now working fine.
Any help id this would be appreciated. Thank you
