multiple pre amp outputs and correct impedance ?

Hi guys , I am building a new preamp based on a Pass Aleph L clone board.

 I want to run two pre amp outputs and I note on some valve preamps they have a 1kohm resistor between the hot terminals for the 2 left and 2 right outputs with parallel hot signal cables running to each of the four output terminals. The Pass is a SS device so do I still need the 1kohm resistors?
