I have owned these speakers for 5 years.
They cost around $3000 to build.
They use a 15 inch Audax Bass driver which is no longer made and much sought after.
8 inch Fostex FE208E fullrange driver
Sonic Art (Fountek) Rebabged ribbon tweeter of higher spec i believe.
The cabinets and baffles have been professionally built by a cabinet maker.
I have the original plans and crossover scematics.
Quality parts used in the crossovers.
They were designed by Dick Oshler of Stereophile fame.
They can be Biwired or Biamped.
I don't think you will do better than these for $1400!!
96-98 DB sensitivity.
Dimensions: 1495 H 560 W 355 D
I drove them easily with a Shindo Aureges preamp and an Earle Weston Time Machine power amp 9 watts.
This is a regretful sale.
