After years of being asked by The wife, I finally tidied up my stereo and tucked away all the "bloody awful cables"
At the same time i made a few other little changes the much to my supprise resulted in a nicer more natural Accoustic sound. Glad I did and wish I had done it sooner
Changes
1. Installed dedicated power
2. Moved the stereo from cheap glass rack to cheap pine cabinet (tight fit for the Yamaha )
3. Installed the speaker stand spikes
4. Wife added some more bass traps to the room
