Extra Info:

This is a very nice sounding tube phono stage with separate power supply. The phono stage uses 2 very popular and inexpensive 12AX7 tubes,so you can always try tube rolling to get the sound that best satisfies you.

It is in great used but working condition. Each box has 4 screws missing (was so when I bought it secondhand), but the ones present are adequate to secure the box covers well.

I had used it with my Linn LP12 and various Ortofon MC cartridges for 3-4 years and then stayed in the store room after I upgraded. As I also listened to my digital system often during those years, the tubes should still have a lot of life in them (never bothered to keep track of the hours I had used them).

The following specifications are copied from the Internet. I don't know how to tell MK I from MK II. There is only 'PM2' printed on the front fascia. So, I would say this is MK I.

I can supply pdf version of the manual to the buyer.

Buyer to pay postage (should be around $45 within Australia) and PayPal fee (3%) if applies. I do not have the original box, but I can box it up properly for shipping within Australia as these two boxes are not very heavy.

SPECIFICATION:

PM2 uses tube amplification up to MM stage with outstanding signal to noise for a tube design, then a quality transformer is used to boost the signal to MC level whilst maintaining to exceptional signal to noise ratio.
