Extra Info: Only recently superseded by the RP10, this is the flagship of the Rega P range. Featuring the renowned RB1000 tonearm, super low vibration motor and matched power supply, finely machined ceramic platter and fitted with the beautiful Apheta moving coil cartridge.
I purchased this from a dealer in Brisbane where the owner used this as the demonstrator and personal turntable for a few years. The cart is in perfect condition and has years of useful life left in it. The arm has only ever had the one cart attached.
If you are upgrading from a lesser model, the step up will astonish you. Upgrading from the P7 was jaw dropping for me.
The classic style and look of the P9 gives it plenty of appeal and rates highly on the wife acceptance factor scale.
Comes with the original mat and dust cover. No box unfortunately.
