JBL / Radian horn compression drivers 2” exit
Item: Pair of JBL 2445J with Radian 950PB diaphragms

Price: $325 for JBL motors + $225 for Radian diaphragms = $550 (I paid $700 a few months ago so grab a bargain)
Item Condition: Work to spec, diaphragms only a few months old
Reason for selling: Need a smaller horn therefore smaller comp driver

Extra Info: These are bloody fantastic drivers. My favourite and i am a picky bastardo that has listened to many comp drivers from B&C, 18sound, Faital pro, Beyma etc. 2” exit with 4” diaphragms = big lush midrange and detailed relaxed highs. I will be swapping these out for a 1” Radian driver to mate with a smaller SEOS horn. My current horn is an unwieldy 750mm wide! I am attempting to simplify whist keeping the winning Radian formula for the mids and highs.
I bought the radian diaphragms a few months ago for $310 landed from Parts express. The JBL 2445J motors were bought from ebay for $400 from a guy I have dealt with numerous times. They look used but work perfectly. I have cleaned the VC gaps and even replaced the internal foam in the back cup with acoustic foam pads. The diaphragms were centred in the gaps using sine sweeps at various frequencies to ensure perfect centering. I have done all the hard work for you.
Pick up only as they weigh about 12kg each! Absolute beasts they are.
If you are interested in EV HP640 constant directivity horns i’ll be selling those too. They are BIG but sound fantastic and are supposedly rare in Australia.
Also have some as new Celestion Truvox 15” midwoofers going for cheaps
