This is a Clearaudio Universal Silent Belt, 2mm by 304mm. The most specific I can be about which turntables it fits is, "not mine" (a Simply Black Magic).
Somehow Clearaudio charge 35 euro new for this fancy rubber band.
Seems like a long shot, but maybe someone here could make use of it.
