I bought this locally around mid-1990s but haven't used it for about 10 years or more. It has been sitting in storage. I took it out earlier today and tested it to make it is still working. If you need an additional 3 channels, it could be useful to you. It has a Dolby Pro-logic chip.
Remote is working fine. Aus plug, 240v
