Item: Free The Majestic 1877 Turntable Phono cable
Location: Tuart Hill
Price: Free but small donation to SNA if you like the cable.
Item Condition: Broken - The left connector is shorted. Both the outside and inside pin seem to be shorted together. Free as a non working cable.
Reason for selling: Scared to ever use this cable again.

Extra Info: I have had this cable working great but recently tried out a different preamp and had to stretch the cable a little to when connecting.
Checking with the multimeter it is the left channel plug might need replacing/redoing or it could be in the cable somewhere?
I just do not want to take a chance on it. So if you take this cable, please be warned to throughly check and repair before using. It could possibly blow something up if not checked.
So it goes to anyone knowing it is broken. Maybe just needs a little fix or you can use it as spare parts?
So if it takes out your very precious speakers, it is not my fault. You have been warned. 
Could be a simple fix for someone or with cheap speakers or who lives on the edge, so seems a shame to chuck it out.
