I don't get this. The speakers are built in to the plinth - how can this not affect playback?
The actual sound quality is surprisingly pretty good. In spite of being rather small speakers which do not directly face the listener (bottom positioned as shown in the above image), the quality on offer will surprise you. Especially in terms of volume. For the product that this is, the 1byone Bluetooth Turntable is extremely loud.
