I bought this unit from another SNA member about six months ago, used it as a DAC. The USB on this unit is playing up and sometimes requires a reset to work, optical however works just fine.
The unit is a great little DAC and amplifier for a headphone setup for some one who uses optical or someone who know how to fix things.
These units retail for $699 new, so price reflects the defect. Let me know if interested.
