I am having a set of Oyaide Tunami Nigo speaker cables made up.
These cables come with a drain wire (see below). I am wondering what to do with it. I understand that the benefits of grounding speakers can be noticeable, but few manufacturers cater for this - Tannoy being the exception. However I was wondering if anything is to be gained from grounding at the amp and having a drain ground, like with some ICs.
Any opinions?
