Folks,
As much as I have combed the denon manual, I cannot seem to get the TV to output audio through the denon. Have the TV connected via HDMI to the monitor input. Have an optical cable in as well. I can have the Panasonic being controlled by the denon but no audio. Have tried changing the audio inputs on the denon to both hdmi and optical but no luck. Would like to hear the TV through the surround speakers as an ideal setup. All connected cables are firmly in place and correctly assigned. Any ideas gratefully received.
