Ok, you get the Matrix HPA-3U Headphone DAC/Amplifier, box, manuals and receipt, bought from Noisy Motel, so not a grey import. Had it for a month.. Unbelievably great sounding bit of kit. Oodles of grunt. Great reviews all around the net, save a nice bit of cash over new. This is barely run in, so you'll secure a handy saving, of around $100:)
