The condition is near new except for a small (3mm) imperfection at the back of the woofer box in the back, which cannot be seen unless you go look for it in the back. The imperfection was already there when I bought them. The speakers will come with purchase receipt from Tivoli Hi-Fi as well as all original packaging.
I did not think I would sell these as for the price they really are a pair of keeper speakers. In my noobie opinion they have a really relaxed and smooth sound signature and really shines in the mid-range. The bass goes pretty deep too thanks to a pair of 8" woofers.
