Before I put a WTB in classifieds, I'm hoping to get some local help. And to confirm my suspicions.
When using my Sennheiser HD600 cans, the right channel drops in and out constantly and I strongly suspect it is the stock cable. I have same problem when using my Bottlehead Crack amp, and it's replicated when using the cans on my laptop. So...I have established that the culprit is the cans. Left channel is strong, right channel is crackly, and dropping in and out.
When I remove the cable and switch the leads, the problem moves to the left channel.
I'm hoping for a Brisbane owner of 600/650 cans that will allow me to bring my headphones over to try my cable out on their set, or alternatively try their cable on my cans.
I'm northside(Kedron) but will travel southside if I must.
