Mick from Elijah Audio has a new USB cable out called the Konvertible. I think it is far better than the LHLAB's 2G and his previous Quad Braid cable.
Greater clarity, detail and instrument separation, but at the same time not fatiguing, which is what i like in a cable. It uses expensive Mundorf silver/gold wire for the data legs.
It looks a bit like the Curious cable, but with 2 separated lines away from the data, instead of one.
There is a feature I have not yet used, the positive power line is detachable via plug, so if you have a DAC that requires an initial handshake via the 5v, you can then disconnect it afterward for better audio quality.
I use this cable with a HRT Streamer II+ which always requires power, so I don't know how good this feature would be. But from my previous experience with the SOTM usb card, which had a switch to do this, it has a positive effect.
