Room treatment Believer now

My story is confusing and frustrating .
I have always struggled to get central focused image and to get the best central focal image my lleft speaker has to be placed away as compared to right speaker .To put it another way the speakers can't be equidistant from sitting position to have the central precise vocal imaging .
Secondly if you adjust the speaker position then the central focus has a curved shape like shown in pic attached and as you turn it loud you can hear the sound image smudged toward the lt side and if you tilt your head more to the right the image comes down to right lower side as shown in picture with a small arrow angling down .
where as if you tilt your head to the rt side the image goes to the rt upper corner as marked by arrows in pic attached .
Thirdly while I was trying to solve this problem I drew my curtain on the left side to see if covering the glass panels could help the problem as rt side of home theatre wall curtains are always drawn .
When I drew the curtain on lleft side it IMPROVED THE QUALITY of sound but did not help with central imaging .
The vocal lost the digital harshness ,it sound more real like vocal ,the sound stage got more cleaner and back ground more quiet ,the bass had a more real enjoyable punch.
The moral of last paragraph is just covering the glass panel with light curtains can do such amazing things with sound so the question arises that what else can be done with regard to room treatment to further get rid of unnecessary reflections . I believe .
