Back in 2012 (I think) Cafad posted a great comparison of various direct digital amps, including the QLS QA-100, Wadia 151 and a Nuforce product. I'm looking at purchasing a QLS, as I think it'll be the perfect solution for my system, but not wanting to miss out on other ideas, I started looking for alternatives. Is there nothing new in this market (direct digital amplifiers less than $1000) in 4 years? Really? Help me out guys. BTW, is the NAD 3020D one of these things, or is it just an integrated amp with a DAC included? I think it's the latter, which is OK, if it does the job as well. Whatever it is, it'll be driving a pair of Legend Acoustic Joeys, and virtually all my music listening is digital, now. Thoughts?
