I've been keeping an eye out for these well-reviewed amps in Australia but haven't seen them in shops or second hand. From what I understand Rogue lost their Australian distributor some time ago. I know the manufacturers are good to deal with directly but given they're in the US it kinda rules out the "try before you buy" approach! Does anyone know:
- if many (any) came to Australia (or if I'm just wasting my time keeping an eye out second-hand), and;
- whether tube rolling the pre-amp would give me much room to tailor the sound and perhaps reduce the risk of buying directly.
