G'day,

This is expression of interest for my REDGUM RGi60ENR  'Signature Series'  Integrated Amplifier and ASCENSION Summoner 1093DFRTL floorstanders speakers from Adelaide Speakers. Both Australian made and design, both great piece of equipment. I'am currently working overseas and I will be back in Australia in mid June. Hence EOI before I come back home and can commit to sell. I don't have access to my receipts over here and I don't remember exact purchase details. I can provide them upon return to home along with better photos.

Items:

REDGUM RGi60ENR  'Signature Series'  Integrated Amplifier, dual mono design, no remote

The best amplifier I have ever owned, smooth, musical, powerful, delivering huge and detail soundstage. It drives the Summoners effortlessly. I bought it  in second half of 2013. It has still over 4 years of warranty left.

ASCENSION Summoner 1093DFRTL floorstanders speakers from Adelaide Speakers

Beautiful build and sound, incredible depth, clarity and soundstage. Very deep, fast and full bass, never boomy. Summoners are fabulously capable and smooth performers; big powerful, clear as a bell; true audiophile listening speaker at an unheard of price. Beautiful, musical bass from the Transmission Line rear loading and 10 inch driver. Bass that you can feel and it is so much better than from my Yamaha HT system subwoofer, just few classes up. When I used them with my HT i didn't need a sub. Now they are used in stereo, music dedicated system only.
This speakers are very musical, never harsh, it feels like music just envelops you. Treble is incredible and detailed from ribbon tweeters. I can listen to them all day without any fatigue. Speakers are such a gem for a price Edward sells them for. I owned twice more expensive speakers and they were not even close in SQ of my Summoners.

I took a plunge and bought them at the end of 2013 without prior auditioning and never regretted. Best speakers I have ever owned. I still am wondering whether I should sell them or not, especially after my wife told me not to or I will regret selling my custom made speakers, haha.
There are not many reviews available on the work Edward does. My best bet is to look for opinions on forums, here, whirpool and other. I spend a lot of time on the phone discussing what speakers I would like. Edward is a great professional and HiFi enthusiast with over 20 years experience who takes pride in his work. I have just checked on his website and all Ascension speakers include a 5 year warranty.

Redgum amp $1500

Summoners: $1000

Redgum amp and Summoners bought together: $2200

Item Condition: excellent condition. I have never had any problems with amp and speakers, few very light scratches on top of the metal cover of Redgum Amp (I think from stacking up CD player on top of it at some stage of the ownership, see on the photos), I can provide any additional photos when I come back to Australia

Reason for selling: I know I will regret selling amp and speakers. I really love their synergy and where they take me while listening, but I am practical person and the reason are...house, room, children, time.

We don't own a house or apartment, we have to move every few years. I never can set up proper room dedicated for music. Most of the bedrooms are small and don't let the speakers breathe properly. That leaves me with living room and not the best speaker placement. I always had a little 'fence' to stop my kid from going near my HiFi system mainly to secure speakers and TT. However, the main reason is that I don't really have time to listen to music during the day. Somehow children do it to your 'free' time after work. That leaves me with night time listening session with not even close to satisfactory loudness level. I tend to use my headphone rig 95% times and that's where I am heading now with my upgrades and need to fund it with this sale.

Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Paypal

Extra Info: Please mind that I will be back in Australia in mid Jun. You are welcome to audition when I come back. For the last several months when I have been away ALL my audio equipment have been safely stored in original boxes including speakers. I had taken few quick photos before leaving home, not all of them came out sharp enough.
