Power conditioner and normal power board

I have a normal power board connected to the wall socket, and then a Isotek Polaris connected to the normal power board.
The important components of my system are then connected to the Isotek, while the not so important ones to the normal power board.
Does this setting compromise the performance of the conditioner, and the components attached to it?
