Om10 to 2M Blue

I had a crack at changing the cartridge .[emoji3][emoji3]
If someone could assist and advice what setting on my pre amp to use with the 2m blue would be most appreciated . With the om10 I had it set to cap 1 but don't know what to use for 2m blue . Thanks
