I purchased the DM20 direct from Magenta sometime in 2014. The first one I received developed a fault so it was sent back and I was sent a brand new unit as a replacement.
I already had a couple of power amps and really picked the DM20 to have a listen to the Halcro sound (as a friend has had one for quite a few years)
This one was received on the 28th of October 2014 but never got around to using it as I was away from home a lot of the time. As the photos depict it is still packed as I received it.
I am pretty sure the Magenta warranty is 5 years on the Halcro gear but I am happy to check that with Mike @ Magenta (who by the way, is very helpful)
The unit is double boxed so it is safe to ship (from 3690) I am happy to unbox and confirm that the unit is functional after a deposit is paid (which would be refundable in full if the amp was faulty when tested)
